Caleb Woody
Hair Artist
Whether it’s a simple trim or a drastic color change I love to do it all! Going through the journey that is life, I’ve always appreciated art and all of its mediums.
From sculpting to painting in college I’ve developed a passion to do the same with hair. There’s nothing more awesome then doing what you’re passionate
about and at the same time making someone’s day special. That’s what we have the opportunity to do! I grew up in Cary, NC with my twin brother and older sister just a mile away from the salon so a natural born “Caryite,” so if you’re new to town, ask away! I'm always growing in this industry and as a salon we strongly value continuing education. I look forward to meeting you all and working with you time and time again. Reach high and grow deep!
Amy Wareham
Hair Artist
For over 20 years in the industry, I have loved sharing in the lives of those who sit in my chair and giving them the foundation to love what they see in the mirror.
Being a tomboy with curly hair and not caring too much about makeup - being a hairstylist was not the clear choice!
Upon realizing that engineering was not my passion at NCSU, I asked myself, “What job could you love everyday?” The answer was simple - I loved any day that my hair was blown out straight and smooth. So the answer was simple - be a hairstylist! I am a Certified Redken Specialist and have traveled to New York, Las Vegas, Austin, and many other cities to keep my education current and on trend. I have
spent the last 10 years mentoring stylists, by teaching them technical cutting and color skills to build a solid foundation. My heart will always be with brunettes, curls, grey blending/grow outs, and EVERY single cut you could ever dream of. I also love doing cut corrections.
When I’m not in the salon, I am with family and friends. Being outside camping, hiking, and enjoying the quieter parts of life soothe my soul. Food is my other passion and the rumor may be true that I love to post food pics more than hair
pics!
Not Excepting New Clients

Caroline Sabatini

With over 9 years in the industry, my journey has been focused on continuous learning and growth. My travels to New York, Las Vegas, and Orlando have furthered my expertise, allowing me to offer new and trending looks to every guest. Specializing in blonding, balayage, and textured haircuts, I’m dedicated to perfecting these techniques to bring out the best in every client.
For the past few years, I’ve had the joy of mentoring new stylists, guiding them through the details of cutting and coloring to build a strong foundation in their careers. Seeing their progress and success
has been incredibly rewarding. Outside of the salon, I love doing Pilates and exploring new bars and restaurants with friends. I also enjoy watching new and trending TV Shows with my cats. I’m excited to meet you and create something amazing with your hair!
Téa Srinivasa
Hair Artist
I entered the industry right out of high school and it has been the best decision I could have made for myself. I wanted a career that empowers women and makes them feel confident, and also allows me to be creative. Creating beautiful hair and connecting with the person in my chair is my passion! For the past 2 years I have been learning everything about color and haircutting from my amazing mentors, and am still furthering my education in the industry. I love lived in color, blonding, and haircutting. Some of my favorite things outside of doing hair are spending time with my friends and family, going to the beach, hot yoga, and binging my favorite shows! I can't wait to have you in my chair!

Idalia Monclova
Hair Artist
Hi everyone! I’m Idalia and I’ve been a hairstylist for 12 years. I am originally from New Jersey but I decided to take the leap to North Carolina to be closer to my family.
Doing hair has always come naturally to me, making it the clear path for my career. I love working on all aspects of hair—coloring, cutting, and styling—but what I value most is building genuine relationships and connections with my clients.
When I’m not at the salon, you can find me spending time with my family or exploring new adventures in my community. I can’t wait to welcome you into my chair and help you feel your absolute best!

For nearly 7 years, I've been passionate about delivering top-notch service while building trust and lasting relationships with my clients. I’ve always focused on creating an environment where clients
feel heard, valued, and confident in themselves. I’m committed to continuous learning, constantly seeking out new techniques and educational opportunities to enhance my craft. Brunettes are definitely my passion! I love doing balayage to create beautiful lived-in colors. When I’m not in the salon, you can find me spending
time with friends checking out new bars and restaurants, or enjoying a quiet evening at home with my cat watching TV. I love to read and always love new book recommendations.

Kassidi Tetil
Hair Artist
I’ve been behind the chair for 6 years, but my passion for hair started long before that—I’ve known since I was a little girl that this is what I wanted to do. I feel so lucky to have turned something I love into a full-time career.
I specialize in enhancing natural beauty with lived-in blondes and brunettes, creating effortless, low-maintenance color that grows out seamlessly. I also love working with extensions and long hair, whether it’s adding length, volume, or creating a full transformation.
I’m always looking to grow in my craft and stay inspired, which is why continuing education is so important to me. I love learning new techniques and keeping up with trends so I can bring the best to my clients.
My husband and I recently moved here from Florida, and we couldn’t be more excited to build a life in this new chapter. When I’m not in the salon, you can find us hiking, staying active, or I’m at home cuddled up with my kitties.
My goal is always to make you feel confident, comfortable, and like the best version of yourself when you leave my chair.

getting lost in a good book, shopping, spending time with family and friends, and never saying no to a good cup of coffee. I take pride in creating a welcoming, comfortable experience where everyone can relax,
feel confident, and leave feeling beautiful.

Carman Concepcion
Hair Assistant
Hair and beauty have always been my form of art. Before stepping behind the chair, I spent over 10 years developing my creativity through drawing, painting, and fine arts - earning my Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art from CU Boulder and continuing my education with a Master’s in Educational Administration.
After five years in elementary education, I realized it was time to fully embrace my passion for artistry in a more hands-on and personal way. Now, I bring that same creative eye and attention to detail into the world of hair — using color, dimension, and lived-in beauty as my canvas.
For me, every client is an opportunity to create something customized, expressive, and confidence-boosting.
