I had a great experience. I found Kelly on Instagram and was able to get an appointment 2 days after I called due to a cancellation. The receptionist was welcoming and the salon has a chill atmosphere with a lot of natural light. I have thick fine hair that's about shoulder length and Kelly gave me the perfect cut. The length didn't change but she gave me a gorgeous shape and it feel so much lighter. The other review that says she's efficient is spot on. She washed, cut, and styled my hair in under an hour and that includes taking the time to listen to me and learn about my hair and lifestyle (wash frequency, styling habits) before getting started. She answered my questions and gave me advice and was confident and calm while working. The short amount of time it took her had nothing to do with sloppiness or shortcuts and everything to do with skill. I 100% recommend Kelly at this salon and I would be willing to bet the other stylists are great too.I had a great experience.
