FREQUENTLY ASKED Q's
What are hand tied Hair Extensions?
Natural Beaded Rows™Hair Extensions, are an exclusive hair extension method, where we custom color our clients’ hair as well as their extension hair creating ensuring a seamless blend.
The hair extensions are placed in rows in the hair by creating a “track” with an exclusive bead and string technique.
Wefts are then placed on the track and sewn in.
The extensions are then cut and blended to our clients’ hair to create a natural and beautiful look!

We suggest getting new hair every 4-6 months.
Before washing hair, swimming, etc brush out extensions with a WetBrush before getting hair wet. WetBrushs are specifically designed for gentle brushing and detangling. Using a WetBrush will help prevent deep tangles and matting.
Always use a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner to prolong the color of your natural hair as well as the color of the extension hair. A moisturizing shampoo and conditioner is recommended to moisturize and condition the extension hair. Shampoo gently between the rows. There is no need for vigorous scrubbing.
Before brushing wet hair always apply a detangler all over the hair and a cream on the mids and ends. We recommend Unite 7Seconds and Oribe Supershine Moisturizing cream. When brushing hair start from your ends and work your way up to the scalp. Hold the hair in one hand (pinched like a ponytail) and brush down.
Roughdry your hair 80% of the way (meaning no tugging at the extensions with a round brush or comb, just use your hands and fingers). This applies to Dry Bars as well. It is important to let whoever styles your hair know NOT to round brush your hair from the start to finish of your blowdry.
You can use a round brush and a small amount of tension to smooth your hair and the extension hair during the last few minutes of your blowdry once it has already been roughdried 80%.
Always use a heat protectant before using any hot tools. We recommend reapplying Unite UOil on your mids and your ends.
If curling your extensions, run the extension hair through the curling iron to smooth the hair once or twice. This will give your extensions a more polished look, close the cuticle, and prolong the extension hair.
Feel free to use a heat protectant.
Brush the extension hair out and then place in a loose ponytail or braid. This will prevent deep tangles and matting when you sleep.
*After a few washes, the extension hair will expand, and take on a more realistic hair texture.
*If you notice any excess tangling, or hair shedding please contact the salon, as these are quick fixes when addressed right away.
*When using sunscreen, keep your extensions off the skin as any kind of sunscreen can alter the color of your extensions.
*You can live a normal, even active lifestyle with Extensions, just treat the them with some gentleness to keep them looking their best and longest. For the first week refrain from wearing your hair in a high ponytail.
