POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Service Guarantees:

We take pride in our work, but if you feel your hair requires any necessary adjustments please contact the salon within 7 days of the original service.  We do not offer refunds on services.

Retail Return/Exchange:

If for any reason the product you, and your stylist chose, does not meet your needs; we kindly ask for them to be returned and or exchanged within 30 days of purchase date.

  • All hair brushes, accessories, and clips are non-refundable. 
  • All sales are FINAL. 
  • All tools must be returned within 14 days of purchase date, and must be in original box. (hair dryers, flat irons, curling irons).

 Appointments:

We know that life happens, even we run late sometimes.  That’s why we allow a 15 minute grace period for your appointment.  Anything over 15 minutes we have the right to reschedule your service, or perform partial service. This allows us to keep our stylist on time, and future guests on time.

 Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations, or missed appointments without a 24 hour notice, are subject to a charge of 50% of scheduled service.  A 50% cancellation charge will need to be paid, before being able to book future appointments.  We send emails, and text notifications of appointments, 72, and 48 hours in advance of service.

 NBR Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations within 48hrs of scheduled time are subject to a $150.00 non-refundable charge; payable before future visits can be booked.

 Pricing Disclaimer:

Pricing is based on level of experience, education, and demand of time.  Pricing is subject to change without notice.  If you have any questions on pricing; then we encourage you to talk to your stylist, prior to your service.

 Payment:

 We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and cash.  We do not accept checks!

 Gift Cards:

 Unused value on gift cards can not be redeemed for cash or credit.
